Take a deep breath.
Here is 1 creation, 1 quote, and 1 question to consider this week.
1 Creation From Me
“Right now, right here” — a poem
(Click the play button at the top to watch the videos of my grandparents that inspired this poem.)
Imagine in the future,
In about one hundred years,
Someone finds a video,
It’s you, right now, right here.
Would they see in you contentment?
Would they feel your longing or your bliss?
Would they know that you were loving your life,
Or chalked it up to a miss?
Would you be racing and pacing through your day,
Or exuding balance, peace, and joy,
Would your life feel average… just ho hum,
Or full of adventure. “Wowee!” “Oh boy!”
Because one day, we will be nothing,
But memories and mist, my dear,
Though something—yes something—will live on,
How we feel… right now, right here.
1 Quote From Another
Spiritual teacher (and one of my favorite freethinkers) Anthony DeMello says this about the richness of the present moment:
“Life is like intoxicating wine. Everyone reads the label on the bottle. Hardly anyone tastes the wine.”

1 Question For You
If you followed your bliss, where could it take you?
Could it hurt to test it out?
If this resonated, pass it along to someone who might need it today. Let’s grow this circle!
Until next time, freethinkers…stay present, be pleasant, and have an amazing day!
