1 Creation From Me

“The only prison was my mind” — a poem

Life is out there, can’t you see?
But I’m stuck in here, and I must be free.

So off I flew, for adventure instead.
But I was still enslaved, inside my head.

Only when I stopped, did I find,
The only prison was my mind.

A glorious truth that allowed me to be,
The only thing I ever wanted… to be free.

1 Quote From Another

Spiritual teacher and bestselling author Michael Singer — known for The Untethered Soul and The Surrender Experiment — offers this insight on inner freedom:

“The moment you stop reacting to the mind, you are free.”
